Hi, there !!!! I'm looking for some information (Laws, Gover. resolutions, etc.) regarding the Fund of aid for Lithuanian citizens who are abroad of the country and are facing to difficult situations and need assistance. I'm particulary interessted in getting the information concerning: the management of this funds, the control and distribution procedure, etc.
