Dear Sir or Madam,
Please advise me on the following:
According to my information insolvency/bankruptcy proceedings can not currently be open in relation to a natural person in Lithuania.
If the main insolvency proceedings were opened against a natural person in one of the EC member states by a court order of that member state would the Lithuanian courts recognise these proceedings as per EC Council Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings No 1346/2000, and especially Article 16.1 of the Regulation?
