On November 19, 2007 amendments caused by requirements of EU law to Securities Market Act entered into force. Now organizing and guarantee of offer or issue of securities, investment consultation and organizing multilateral trading mechanism are also considered as investment services.

      Extent of effort obligation of provider of investment services now depends on type of client. There are three types: ordinary client, competent client and equal party. The less knowledge and ability has client for consumption of investment services the more obligations has provider of investment services: providing more information, evaluation of investment service for client etc.
