Order of the General Director of the Department of Statistics under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No DĮ-64 of 27 February 2008 on the Approval of the Forms of Statistical Reports on the Wages Paid on a Quarterly Basis (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 26 – 959).

      The Order approved the new Statistical Report Form No DA-01 on the wages paid on a quarterly basis, which must be filled-in by the companies, institutions and organizations within the scope, except for sole proprietorships.

      The Order came into force on 4 March 2008.

      Order of the General Director of the Department of Statistics under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No DĮ-66 of 27 February 2008 on the Approval of the Forms of Statistical Reports on the Railway Transportation of Cargo and Passengers (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 26 – 961).

      The Order approved the new Statistical Report Form No TG-03 on the Railway Transportation of Cargo and Passengers, which must be filled-in by the companies engaged in the economic activity of railway transportation and which are licensed to carry cargo and/or passengers and have acquired safety certificates.

      The Order came into force on 4 March 2008.

      Order of the General Director of the Department of Statistics under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No DĮ-68 of 28 February 2008 on the Approval of the Forms of Statistical Analysis Report of the Main Financial Indexes of the Company (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 27 – 1013).

      The Order approved the new Form No F-01 of Statistical Analysis Report of the Main Financial Indexes of the Company, which must be filled-in by the selected state and municipality companies, joint stock companies and private limited companies, agricultural companies (which do not engage in agricultural activity), cooperative companies, subsidiaries of foreign enterprises and public institutions (having major part of their costs covered by the income, earned from the goods or services sold), engaged in all kinds of economic activity (except in agriculture, financial brokerage, public management and defence).

      The Order came into force on 6 March 2008.

      Order of the General Director of the Department of Statistics under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No DĮ-69 of 29 February 2008 on the Approval of the Forms of Statistical Analysis Report of the Main Financial Indexes of the Agricultural Enterprise (Company) (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 27 – 1013).

      The Order approved the new Form No F-18 of Statistical Analysis Report of the Main Financial Indexes of the Company, which must be filled-in by agricultural enterprises (companies), public, private limited companies, cooperative companies engaged in agricultural activity (EVRK Chapter 01, Groups 01.1–01.3), poultry enterprises, agrarian enterprises, agricultural companies and companies engaged in the cultivation and processing of their own production.

      The Order came into force on 6 March 2008.

      Resolution of the Insurance Supervisory Commission of the Republic of Lithuania No N-23 of 4 March 2008 on the Approval of Statistical Reports on the Insurance Activity in the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 29 – 1054).

      The Resolution approved the Statistical Report Form No SA3 of the Insurance Activity in the Republic of Lithuania, which must be filled-in by the insurance companies registered in Lithuania and the subsidiaries of insurance companies of other states. The Form must be filled-in when reporting for May 2008 and the forthcoming months.
