Order No 1R-98 of 31 March 2009 of the Minister of Justice of the Republic disof Lithuania Amending the Order No 1R-8 of 8 January 2007 of the Minister of Justice on the Approval of the Financial Reporting Packages in Electronic Form Submitted to the Administrator of the Register of Legal Entities (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 39–1483).

      

      The Minister of Justice supplemented the Order No 1R-8 of 8 January 2007 on the Approval of the Financial Reporting Packages in Electronic Form Submitted to the Administrator of the Register of Legal Entities (Official Gazette, 2007, No 7-299) with paragraph 1.17: - insurance companies shall submit financial reporting package FS0017.

      

      The Order came into force on 8 April 2009.

      

      Order No 1K-096 of 9 April 2009 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania Amending the Order No 415 of 24 December 2002 of the Minister of Finance on the Approval of the Form for the Accounting Journal of a Resident who Acquired a Business Certificate and the Procedure for Its Completion (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 42–1643).

      

      This Order partially changed the accounting procedures applicable to persons engaged in individual activity (trade in food and agricultural products) with business certificates. In accordance with the new procedure, the data of purchase of agricultural and food products should be entered into the revenue and expense journal on the same day and not after the end of the month.

      

      The Order came into force on 1 May 2009.
