Order No D1-815 of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania as of 28 December 2009 Regarding Amendment to Order No D1-708 of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania as of 30 December 2004 Regarding Approval of Technical Construction Regulation STR 1.05.06:2005 “Designing of a Structure”.

      

      Published in Valstybės Žinios (Official Gazette) No 157-7113 of 31 December 2009, entered into force on 1 January 2010.

      

      The Order, amongst other things:

      • Introduced definitions of “a typical structure design documentation” and “a typical structural element”;

      • Established that obligatory documents for the preparation of a typical structure design documentation shall be a technical task as well as documents on researches, measurements of load-bearing structures, engineering systems, assessment of their technical condition for that type of buildings;

      • Established procedure of approving a typical structure design documentation;

      • Supplemented a list of structures important to the public by including multi-apartment residential buildings (having more than 5 stories);

      • Approved the description for the structure renovation design documentation, which provide for general requirements for the preparation of structure renovation design documentation.
