Order No VA-93 of 15 December 2009 of the Head of the State Tax Inspectorate Amending the Order No VA-33 of 9 May 2007of the Head of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance on the Approval of the Sugar Manufacture Tax Return Form KIT707, the Rules for Its Completion and Sugar Surplus Tax Return Form KIT710 and the Rules for Its Completion (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 150- 6769).

      

      The Order amended the rules for the completion of the sugar manufacture tax return form KIT707 and sugar surplus tax return form KIT710 and established that:

      –– The submission deadline of the sugar manufacture tax return KIT707 – 1 December of the current tax period, payment deadline – 28 February of the tax period.

      –– The submission deadline of the sugar surplus tax return form KIT710 – 15 May of the following tax period, payment deadline – 1 June of the following tax period.

      

      The Order came into force on 20 December 2009.
