The Law changed (extended) some terms – an employee’s notice to an employer regarding termination of an employment contract without specifying a reason (from 14 calendar days to 14 working days), and an employee’s notice to an employer regarding termination of an employment contract, when an employee becomes entitled to the full old age pension (from 3 working days to 14 working days); an employee’s or an employer’s notice regarding termination of an employment contract during the trial period (from 3 calendar days to 3 working days); a one month period (instead of former 14 days) was set for an employee to apply to the court, when the Labour Disputes Commission fails to resolve the dispute, or when the decision of the Commission does not satisfy the employee.
