Law No XI-904 of 17 June 2010 Repealing the Law Amending Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Social Insurance of Occupational Accidents and Occupational Diseases (Official Gazette (Valstybės Žinios), No 75-3793).

      

      The Law repealed the Rule of Compensatory Salary Applied to Calculation of Sickness Benefits, which would have come into force on 1 July 2010, and the previous rule remained valid, according to which compensatory salary for sickness benefits is calculated pursuant to the procedure laid down by the Regulations of the Benefits of the Social Insurance of Occupational Accidents and Occupational Diseases, according to the insured person’s insured income during three consecutive calendar months preceding the calendar month going before the month in which temporary incapacity for work was established.
