On 27 March 2003 the Government by its Resolution No 376 approved the Strategy of Allocation of Radio Frequencies for Broadcasting and Transmission of Radio and Television Programs.

      On 9 April 2003 the Lithuanian Radio and Television Commission by its Decision No 44 approved the Rules of Programs Monitoring.
