VILNIUS - The number of the rent-able apartments is continuing to grow, and the prices decrease. In Vilnius and Klaipeda the rent prices have fallen on 40%, compared to the prices in year 2008, and have halved in Kaunas.
As always, the price-cutting was forced by the growth of the amount of offers. In Vilnius about 4700 object are rent-able, in Kaunas 400, in Klaipeda 500.<...>
