Our growing team of legal professionals is looking for a colleague who would assist senior counsels with dispute resolution and commercial and corporate projects. Our new team member would also be involved in other international litigation projects and communication with external counsels and law firms.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with and, depending on experience, representation of our clients in courts and other public and private institutions;
• Drafting legal documents;
• Coordination of international litigation projects and communication with external legal counsels and law firms in the European Union;
• Assistance handling our clients'' commercial and corporate projects and other daily business activities.

Qualifications

• Master''s degree in law;
• 1 year or more of professional working experience, preferably in law firms or legal departments in litigation, corporate and commercial projects (motivated candidates with no experience will also be considered);
• Willingness to join the Lithuanian Bar Association;
• Professional Lithuanian and English language skills. Other languages would be an advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
