- Draft and negotiate the most complex and demanding IP / IT documents.
- Lead the most challenging IP questions in M&A transactions.
- Lead the firm''s trademark and patent portfolio management practice.
WE BELIEVE YOU WILL ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS IF YOU: - Possess a minimum of five years of legal expertise, either as an in-house counsel or within a prominent business law firm.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Exhibit a strong interest in advancing a legal career within dynamic field of law.
